Dear users,

a bug in our Quality Acceptance program led to wrong accepted times computation
for the data of the februar survey:

16.-18. Februar 1991
strips (33) 34 (35)
UTC-START 910216 (12815 sec)    SCC  22400808
UTC-STOP  910218 (11200 sec)    SCC  22571993

As a conseguence OMAS photon files (and PET files which include events from
february 1991) have been wrongly screened: good photons can have been rejected
and/or bad photons have been accepted. Corresponding exposure maps are also 
uncorrect. 

Please, be carefully in using events with spacecraft clock times > 22400000 :
februar survey data because of this error and august survey data because of the
"time error" and of the "bad WFC attitude" problems.

You will be inform as soon as new reliable data are available. Sorry for the
