  S. Mereghetti, D. Gotz, J. Borkowski on behalf of the IBAS Localization Team, A. Paizis, V. Beckmann, M. Turler on behalf the INTEGRAL Science Data Centre and the INTEGRAL Science Working Team report the detection of a possible GRB at 10:11:40 UTC.
  The burst lasted about 80 seconds.
  The preliminary position is RA 17h 51m 43s DEC -25deg 18' 34'' (J2000).
  The burst has been detected at large off-axis angle, near the edge of the field of view of IBIS. The uncertainty on the above position is 5' radius.

  A. von Kienlin, G. Lichti, and A. Rau, on behalf of the INTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:
  Konus, Mars Odyssey (HEND), and INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS) observed this event (GCN 1941). We confirm that this is indeed a gamma-ray burst. Because the burst arrived along a direction close to the Konus-Mars vector, the triangulation annulus is imprecise. It is centered at RA, Decl = 280.256, -23.488 degrees, and has a radius 11.122 +/- 0.456 degrees. This annulus is consistent with, but does not constrain, the IBIS localization in GCN 1941. Ulysses data are expected within 24 hours, and may improve this triangulation.

  A. von Kienlin, G. Lichti, and A. Rau, on behalf of the INTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:
  Ulysses, Mars Odyssey (HEND and GRS), Konus-Wind, RHESSI, and INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS) observed this GRB at 36720 seconds (GCN 1941, 1942). As observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of approximately 50 seconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of approximately 1.1E-05 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of approximately 6.7E-07 erg/cm2 s over 0.50 seconds.
  We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose approximate area is 1000 sq. arcmin. and whose coordinates are:

  The Ulysses-Konus annulus may be used to constrain the IBIS error circle (GCN 1941) and reduce its area by a factor of about 1.8, to 44 sq. arcmin. The intersection points are:

• GCN notice #1946
  A. Gal-Yam and E. O. Ofek (Wise observatory, TAU) report:
  We have observed the full error box of GRB 030320 (Mereghetti et al. 2003, GCN 1341; Hurley et al. 2003, GCN 1943) using the Wise observatory 1m telescope + Tek CCD camera, starting March 21, 02:42 UT (16.9 hours after the burst). Two 300 s R-band frames were obtained under poor conditions at high airmass.
  Comparison of the combined image with the POSS-II E plate reveals no new optical sources, to a limiting magnitude of R=17.5, within the IBIS error circle.
