will be given in a forthcoming GCN Circular. A Swift ToO
has been requested.
dN/dE ~ E^{-alpha} * exp(-(2-alpha)*E/Epeak) with
alpha 1.45 (-0.13, +0.13), and
Epeak 300 (-25, +20) keV (chi^2/d.o.f. = 102.1/88).
