At 13:32:56 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and located GRB 191122A (trigger=938899). Swift slewed immediately to the burst. The BAT on-board calculated location is RA, Dec 54.296, -32.176 which is

with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a single-peaked structure with a duration of about 50 sec. The peak count rate was ~1200 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
The XRT began observing the field at 13:34:31.1 UT, 94.7 seconds after the BAT trigger. Using promptly downlinked data we find a bright, fading, uncatalogued X-ray source located at RA, Dec 54.26926, -32.18602 which is equivalent to:

with an uncertainty of 3.7 arcseconds (radius, 90% containment). This location is 89 arcseconds from the BAT onboard position, within the BAT error circle. This position may be improved as more data are received; the latest position is available at http://www.swift.ac.uk/sper. No spectrum from the promptly downlinked event data is yet available to determine the column density.
The initial flux in the 2.5 s image was 1.89e-09 erg cm^-2 s^-1 (0.2-10 keV).
UVOT took a finding chart exposure of 150 seconds with the White filter starting 103 seconds after the BAT trigger. No credible afterglow candidate has been found in the initial data products. The 2.7'x2.7' sub-image covers 100% of the XRT error circle. The typical 3-sigma upper limit has been about 19.6 mag. The 8'x8' region for the list of sources generated on-board covers 100% of the XRT error circle. The list of sources is typically complete to about 18 mag. No correction has been made for the expected extinction corresponding to E(B-V) of 0.01.

We report the observations for the GRB191122A (B. Sbarufatti et al., GCN Circ 26269). We use the 80cm telescope of CHanging Event Survey at the YaoAn observation station(101.1811E, 25.528N) in Yunnan Province, China.
Our observation starts at 13:48:57 UT and ends at 13:54:24 UT Nov 22, 2019, with five exposure 60 seconds in white filter. We do not detect any candidate sources in the combined image in the enhanced XRT position error region to a 5 sigma limit at 18.31 generated from G band magnitude in Gaia DR2 .

Following the detection of GRB 191122A by Swift (Sbarufatti et al. GCNC 26269), the 0.6m BOOTES-4/MET robotic telescope at Lijiang Astronomical Observatory (China) started to gather images at 13:34 UT (~94s after trigger). No optical afterglow is found down to 20.3 mag (unfiltered images) at the enhaced Swift/XRT position (Evans et al. GCNC 26270), consistent with the non-detections by Swift/UVOT (Sbarufatti et al. GCNC 26269) and CHES (Sun et al. GCNC 26271). Observations are ongoing."

We have analysed 8.8 ks of XRT data for GRB 191122A (Sbarufatti et al. GCN Circ. 26269), from 301 s to 23.9 ks after the BAT trigger. The data are entirely in Photon Counting (PC) mode. The enhanced XRT position for this burst was given by Evans et al. (GCN Circ. 26270).
The light curve can be modelled with a series of power-law decays. The initial decay index is alpha=0.97 (+0.26, -0.31). At T+746 s the decay steepens to an alpha of 1.94 (+0.26, -0.10) before breaking again at T+6109 s to a final decay with index alpha=-0.1 (+/-0.4).
A spectrum formed from the WT mode data can be fitted with an absorbed power-law with a photon spectral index of 1.06 (+0.04, -0.03). The best-fitting absorption column is consistent with the Galactic value of 1.0 x 10^20 cm^-2 (Willingale et al. 2013). The PC mode spectrum has a photon index of 1.12 (+0.08, -0.07) and a best-fitting absorption column consistent with the Galactic value. The counts to observed (unabsorbed) 0.3-10 keV flux conversion factor deduced from this spectrum is 5.6 x 10^-11 (5.6 x 10^-11) erg cm^-2 count^-1.
A summary of the PC-mode spectrum is thus:

Using the data set from T-239 to T+963 sec from the recent telemetry downlink, we report further analysis of BAT GRB 191122A (trigger #938899) (Sbarufatti, et al., GCN Circ. 26269). The BAT ground-calculated position is RA, Dec = 54.290, -32.176 deg which is

with an uncertainty of 1.0 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment). The partial coding was 26%.
The mask-weighted light curve shows a single FRED-shaped pulse rising from T-20 sec to T+0 sec, then decaying out to roughly T+250 sec. T90 (15-350 keV) is 153.3 +- 38.3 sec (estimated error including systematics).
The time-averaged spectrum from -11.2 to 245.4 sec is best fit by a power law with an exponential cutoff. This fit gives a photon index 1.24 +- 0.28, and Epeak of 89.2 +- 41.9 keV (chi squared 69.11 for 56 d.o.f.). For this model the total fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 6.6 +- 0.3 x 10^-6 erg/cm2 and the 1-sec peak flux measured from T+6.44 sec in the 15-150 keV band is 3.1 +- 0.4 ph/cm2/sec. A fit to a simple power law gives a photon index of 1.67 +- 0.07 (chi squared 76.48 for 57 d.o.f.). All the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence level.

The Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 191122A 104 s after the BAT trigger (Sbarufatti et al., GCN Circ. 26269). No optical afterglow consistent with the XRT position (Evans GCN Circ. 26270,26272) is detected in the initial UVOT exposures. Preliminary 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system (Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf. Proc. 1358, 373) for the first finding chart (FC) exposure and subsequent exposures are:
