midbit centers for each detector the bit range around a bit value corresponding to 0 Volt:

• subtract a bit value of 2047 equiv. to 0 Volt,
  total range: [0,4095] equiv. to [+10,-10] Volt

Cal-files:

• cal02a: midbit shift (0 Volt point in bit range)
  (from OLP V 5.0 onwards fixed value of 2047)
