Precess coordinates from one epoch to another.
Syntax
precess RAh, RAm, RAs, DECd, DECm, DECs, fromepoch, toepoch
Arguments
| RAh, RAm, RAs: | Right Ascension of the object |
| DECd, DECm, DECs: | Declination of the object |
| fromepoch: | Epoch in which the coordinates are given |
| toepoch: | Epoch to which the coordinates should be precessed |
