In the next two weeks the MIAPP runs a workshop on “High-Energy Plasma Physics Phenomena in Astrophysics”. All discussion sessions (entirely in zoom) are planned for 1-1.5 hours, starting at 16:30 German time.If you are interested to attend the Zoom sessions, you are welcome to register. [mehr]

This introductory course helps new users with the first steps on the MPCDF systems. It covers login, file systems, HPC systems, SLURM, and the MPCDF services remote visualization, Jupyter notebooks and datashare. Basic knowledge of Linux is required. [mehr]

In this workshop representatives of well-known German third-party donors, as the Alexander von Humboldt foundation, the DFG or the DAAD will present the most interesting funding opportunities for early-stage researcher (PhD-Students, Post-Docs and research group leaders).
